Jean-Marc Penelaud joined Club-Internet’s customer service department by chance in 1996, and will always be attached to the world of customer relations. Over the past 25 years, he has held virtually every managerial position, from CC to DRC. These years, punctuated with challenges, gave him the opportunity to carry out numerous projects for major brands such as SFR, Free, La Poste Mobile.
His career took a turning point in 2014, when the new management of La Redoute asked him to rebuild the customer relations department, with the aim of making it one of the pillars of the brand. Thanks to an exceptional human adventure and an undiminished passion, Jean-Marc Penelaud has achieved this goal.
